激光束—電阻縫焊(LB-RSW)復合焊接研究
Based on synchronized pressing, preheating and slow-cooling effect owned by resistance seam welding (RSW), Prof.
適當的預熱溫度(200~300℃)可以改善鋁合金激光焊的焊縫成形,提高焊接效率,獲得優質接頭;研制成功由多功能電阻縫焊機和激光焊機器人組成的“LB-RSW”復合焊接試驗系統,實現了鋁合金LB-RSW的單面和雙面焊接;首次建立了RSW過程的三維有限元熱彈塑性和熱電循環順序分析模型,并分別進行了LB-RSW中橫流RSW和縱流RSW過程的數值模擬,獲得了不同焊接參數時的溫度場和電流場及其影響規律,并通過紅外熱成像技術驗證了模擬結果的可靠性;首次對LB-RSW中饋電方式選擇進行了深入研究。
