1,10-Phenanthroline anhydrous

A novel ternary complex of Nd(Ⅲ) with 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) and gatifloxacin(GA) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR.

合成了1,10-二氮雜菲(phen)、加替沙星(HGA)與Nd(Ⅲ)的固態三元配合物,通過元素分析、紅外光譜、1H NMR等確定了配合物的化學組成為Nd(phen)2(GA)3。

By using HF solvent to solute pure quartz and dried,using ascorbic acid to reduce in acid medium to Fe~(3+) and Fe~(2+),and form compound of Fe(phen)~(2+)_3 with 1,10 phen.

高純石英砂用HF等溶劑溶解并蒸干后,在微酸性介質中用抗壞血酸還原Fe3+為Fe2+,與1,10二氮雜菲形成Fe32+絡合物,加入適量ClO4-陰離子與之形成離子締合物,用硝基苯萃取,原子吸收測定有機相,本法檢出限1。
