本文從α系數與同質性測驗、平行測驗和基本τ-等價測驗間的關系及三種測驗間的關系入手,分析了α系數作為測驗同質性信度估計的局限性;根據J reskog給出的信度定義(α系數),討論了λ系數與α一致性信度、Guttman下限之間的關系,說明了在測驗同質的前提下,λ系數在估計測驗內部一致性時與α系數相比的優點。
