In this paper,from the view of government supervision,a quality safety credit evaluation index system for farm product enterprise is established with the guiding principle of combination of qualitative and quantitative.

以主導性、定性與定量相結合為指導原則,從政府監管角度出發,構建一種農產品生產企業質量安全信用評價指標體系,該體系包括:2層評價因素集即第一層為包括企業資質、質量檢測、產品追溯、消費者反饋4個因素的主因素層,第二層包括14個因子;采用層次分析法,通過兩兩比較的方式確定層次中諸要素的相對重要性,再轉為對各元素的整體權重進行排序判斷,最后確立各元素的權重。
