OBJECTIVE To design and construct eukaryocyte expression vector of SV40 virus large T antigen and induce its targeted expression in eukaryocyte.

Methods We investigated the presence of SV40 T antigen genome in 195 blood specimens from wild monkeys(71 from Nin Lang county,60 from Jin Dong county in Yunnan province) and 64 from caged monkeys by means of the polymerae chain reaction(PCR) followed by sequencing.

目的建立猴外周血單核細胞SV40 DNA的PCR檢測方法,對獼猴SV40 T抗原基因進行檢測。
