F2 hybrids

The association of self-fruitful rate and rate of pollen stained with 1%I2-KI of F2 of A2 cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS)and A3 CMS in Sorghum was analyzed with F2 populations of three A2CMS cross classifications(A2T×622×Jinliang 5,A2V4×1383-2 and A2V4×Jinliang 5) and three A3CMS cross classifications(A3 299×1174、A3 2457×1174、A3JW×1174).

以高粱3個A2類型雜交種(A2TX622×晉粱5號、A2V4×1383-2、A2V4×晉粱5號)和3個A3類型雜交種(A3299×1174、A32457×1174、A3JW×1174)的F2群體為材料,來進行A2?A3類型高粱F2代花粉碘染色率與田間自交結實率之間關系的研究。
