本文在研究現有多種遞階生產計劃和控制模型的基礎上，提出用關聯預測法來解決柔性自動化車間（FAW）的最優遞階生產計劃與控制問題，文中首先建立FAW生產控制的數學模型，然后推導FAW遞階生產計劃的關聯預測算法，編寫了基于該算法的IPA軟件包并進行了算例研究，同現有的計劃分解方法相比，這里的方法更適于將CIMS／MRPⅡ下達給FAW的中期計劃最優分解成由FAW中各FMS執行的短期計劃。
