This study was designed to determine the effect of the entorhinal cortex on stress response to immobilization in rats.

采用大鼠急性束縛應激動(dòng)物模型,用鵝羔氨酸損毀大鼠雙側內嗅皮質(zhì)來(lái)建立內嗅皮質(zhì)損傷模型,觀(guān)察束縛應激1小時(shí)后下丘腦室旁核快反應基因c-Fos表達情況以及應激后血漿促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素含量的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,并與對照組相比較,探討內嗅皮質(zhì)與束縛應激反應的關(guān)系。
