The present study tries to determine the seasonal variation pattern of soil microorganisms, soil biological activity, soil enzyme activity and temperature, rainfall, soil nutrient status in a Eucalyptus ABL12 plantation with different undergrowth, located in Danzhou, western Hainan Province, and the potential allelochemicals in the related soil.
本研究以剛果12號桉(Eucalyptus ABL12)人工林土壤為研究對象,對土壤微生物、土壤生物化學活性、土壤酶活性以及氣溫、水分、土壤養分的季節變化動態進行測定,對土壤中的潛在化感物質進行分離鑒定,目的在于全面系統地了解桉樹人工林土壤微生物與相關生態和環境因子之間的關系,以便為改善桉樹人工林生態系統的生態環境,保持林地土地資源的可持續利用,以及桉樹人工林持續經營提供理論依據。
