Objectives: To establish the HPLC and GC fingerprints of conjugated estrogens (CE) material for the quality control of conjugated estrogens material; To evaluate the pharmaceutical equivalence of conjugated estrogens material by LC-MS method with qualitative analysis.

目的:建立結合雌激素原料藥的HPLC和GC指紋圖譜,評價結合雌激素原料藥的內在質量;用LC-MS法對結合雌激素進行定性分析,對結合雌激素(以下簡稱為CE)原料藥進行藥物等效性評價(Pharmaceutical equivalance)。
